By using StoreCited, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What we provide

StoreCited analyzes publicly available pages of an online store and produces an AI search visibility report with a score, gaps, and recommendations. Paid products provide expanded reports and done-for-you services.

No guarantee of AI placement

We help make your store more complete, indexable, and citable by search and AI systems. We do not guarantee that any specific AI product (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI) will recommend, cite, or rank your store. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

Acceptable use

• Only scan stores you own or are authorized to analyze.
• Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Don't resell or redistribute reports without permission.

Payments & refunds

Paid reports are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Because reports are generated and delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable — but if something went wrong, email us at contact@storecited.com and we'll make it right.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date.
