StoreCited (“we”, “us”) provides AI search visibility audits for online stores. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Store URLs you submit. We fetch and analyze publicly available pages of the store you enter.
• Your email. When you unlock a report, make a purchase, or contact us.
• Scan results. The analysis we generate, stored so you can revisit your report.
• Usage data. Privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (no cross-site tracking).

How we use it

• To run your scan and deliver your report.
• To email you your results and respond to inquiries.
• To process payments for paid reports and services.
• To improve our checks and product.

Service providers

We share the minimum data needed with: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Neon (database), Cloudflare and Vercel (hosting and delivery), Firecrawl (page fetching), and Anthropic (analysis). We don't sell your data.

Data retention

We keep scan and account data while it's useful to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing contact@storecited.com.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us and we'll action it promptly.
